Contact us by phone, email, or our online booking system. We’ll guide you through the options and answer any questions.
2. Gentle Care & Cremation
Your pet is welcomed into our peaceful resting area. Keepsakes are created with care before their private water cremation.
3. Return Home
We’ll notify you when your pet’s ashes and keepsakes are ready. Collect them from Gentle Waves or request personal delivery.
Our Story
Gentle Waves was founded by two lifelong friends, Erica and Summer, who share a deep love for animals and understand the heartbreak of losing them.
As pet owners ourselves, we’ve experienced the joy pets bring and the pain of saying goodbye. From that personal journey, Gentle Waves was born — with a simple mission: to provide Auckland families with a farewell service that reflects the love, dignity, and respect our companions deserve.
At Gentle Waves, we combine compassion with care, creating a place where pets are honoured as family and their memories are cherished.
