Once you make a booking, our team will contact you to confirm the booking details as soon as possible.

3. Arrival at Gentle Waves
Upon arrival, your pet is gently placed in a quiet, temperature-controlled resting area. We confirm their identity and prepare for the farewell.

4. Keepsakes Created
We check your pet’s identification and booking before cremation and attend to any specific last wishes (such as taking fur clippings or paw prints). These keepsakes are checked so that they meet our high-quality standards at this stage.

5. Private Water Cremation
Your pet’s cremation will be carried out privately to ensure they are treated with the utmost care and respect.

6. Return Home
We will contact you when your pet’s ashes and keepsakes are ready. You can collect them at your convenience or opt for personal delivery to your home.
